Regiment Goes to Recreational Boot Camp at a Hamlet Homesite
Perhaps Canada's only real marine regiment is the West Novas or West Novies of the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Most of its personnel have been seafarers: fishermen, merchant mariners, etc. |

Their first assignment at RRMC will be removing stones at the base of
trees - so baby raccoons learning to climb will not smash on the rocks if
they slip and fall.
